Limits worth knowing

  • It emails no one unless you allowed it at sign-in, and each send waits for your yes. A client that cannot ask sends nothing.
  • No tool deletes, revokes or invites. That is deliberate, not a missing feature.
  • Download receipts arrive by signed webhook, or poll for them.
  • The vault and end-to-end encrypted transfers are out of reach of agents, because their keys never leave a browser.

How do I run the MCP server?

Add https://yungle.co/mcp to Claude, Cursor or another client as a remote MCP server, and sign in. There is no key to paste. If you would rather run it yourself, npx -y yungle-mcp with an API key still works.

Can it email people?

Only if you allowed “Email recipients” when you signed in, and then your client shows you the addresses and asks before every send. A model can be talked into things, so a confused or manipulated agent can put a file on a link, but never in someone’s inbox without you.

Is it free?

Yes. The hosted MCP server works on every account, and so does API access to transfers and contacts. Collections need a paid plan.
