Your files stay online as long as you like, with collections, requests and a vault.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 9 months and get twelve. The price is charged once a year, and everything else about the plan is identical to paying monthly.
What does it cost to add people?
Each extra member is €5 a month. Colleagues work in the same account, on the same storage and collections, and billing stays with the owner.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes. The price on the card is the price you pay, and every payment comes with a proper VAT invoice you can download from your account.
How is API usage billed?
Uploads through the API, the CLI or an agent include 10 GB a month at no charge, on every plan including Free. Beyond that it is €0.02 per GB, taken from credit you top up yourself, so there is never a surprise bill. Downloads are never metered.
What happens if I stop paying?
Links you have already sent keep working. You cannot add new files, and your content gets a deletion date 90 days out, so there is time to export everything or come back.
How can I pay?
iDEAL, credit or debit card, or SEPA direct debit, handled by Mollie in the Netherlands. We never see your card details. You can switch plans or cancel at any time from settings.
