Contact Yungle

Talk to a person.

Everything comes to one inbox, hello@yungle.co, and a person reads every message. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in the way. Below is what to include so we can help on the first reply.

Questions and support

A transfer that won’t arrive, an account you can’t get into, or a question about a plan. Tell us the email address on the account and, for a transfer, when you sent it. Never send us a password or a vault passphrase: we will never ask for one.

If a Yungle link is being used for something illegal, malware or phishing, use the Report link at the bottom of its page, or email us the link. You don’t need an account to do either.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Email the details and how to reproduce it. Our security.txt lists the same address. Please give us a chance to fix it before you publish.

Your data

To see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, write from the address the account uses. The privacy policy explains your rights under the GDPR and how to complain to a regulator.

The API, CLI and MCP server

Start with the developer docs. If a call fails with internal_error, quote the requestId from the response: it points us straight at the log line.

Is it down?

Check status.yungle.co first. Yungle runs on one server in Germany, so when something is wrong it usually shows there before it reaches our inbox.

Who you’re writing to
