- Your retention periods for client records. Yungle deletes what you tell it to, when you tell it to.
- Whether the service fits your data protection obligations. The data processing agreement and the security page give you what you need to decide.
- Ordinary files are encrypted with keys Yungle holds. Use the vault or an end-to-end encrypted transfer for anything that must stay unreadable to the service.
- Yungle holds no certification of its own; its host Hetzner runs ISO 27001 certified data centres. There is no service level agreement.
