- Yungle is not a document editor or a sync client. If you need live co-editing, keep a tool for that and use Yungle to send and deliver.
- Yungle runs on a single server with no failover. Bigger providers offer uptime guarantees we do not.

Why does it matter that the company is European?
Because the law that applies to a provider follows the company, not just the data centre. A US company can be compelled under US law to hand over data it holds in Europe.
Can I move my existing files over?
Yes. Upload folders straight into a collection and they keep their structure. Large uploads resume if the connection drops.
