1. Joining
You apply from your Yungle account. We approve or decline every application at our discretion. Once approved you get a personal link and code. Affiliates may be private persons or businesses in any country where we can pay you through PayPal.
2. What you earn
For each customer who joins through your link or code and subscribes, you earn 20% of the net amount (excluding VAT) of every plan and seat payment they make in the 12 months from their first regular payment. Payments for API usage credit are excluded. A customer counts for you only if yours was the first code on their account, and only if they had never paid for a Yungle plan before. Your audience gets their first month free, as with any invite.
3. Confirmation and refunds
Commission is confirmed 30 days after the payment it is based on, unless that payment was refunded or charged back. If a payment is refunded or charged back within 120 days after its commission was paid, that commission is deducted from your next payout.
4. Payouts
Confirmed commission is paid in euros through PayPal, to the address in your affiliate dashboard, early each month once it totals at least €50. PayPal’s own fees and any currency conversion are yours. If a payout cannot be delivered, we keep it until your details are corrected.
5. Self-billing and taxes
You agree that Yungle issues the invoice for each payout on your behalf (self-billing), using the name, address, country and VAT number you gave us, and you agree not to issue your own invoices for the same commission. Keep those details correct. You are responsible for declaring your income and any VAT in your own country. Where you are a VAT-registered business in the Netherlands we add Dutch VAT; for VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU the reverse charge applies.
6. Fair play
- Say that your link is an affiliate link wherever you share it.
- No spam, and no unsolicited bulk messages with your link.
- Do not bid on “Yungle” or look-alike terms in paid search, and do not pretend to be Yungle.
- Do not sign up yourself, people in your household, or accounts you control through your own code.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivised sign-ups or misleading claims about the product.
If these terms are broken we may withhold commission that resulted from it, and suspend or end your membership.
7. Privacy
We store your payee details to pay you and to issue invoices, and share your PayPal address and the amount with PayPal to make the payment. You see daily click counts and totals of sign-ups and customers — never who they are. We count clicks without cookies or IP addresses.
8. Changes and ending
Either of us can end your membership at any time. We may change these terms or the programme with 30 days’ notice by email. Commission earned before a change or an ending is still paid under the terms that applied when it was earned, unless it was earned by breaking section 6.
